Mitchell County Animal Rescue is partnering with a group of artists who are participating in the Toe River Arts Spring Studio Tour! Artists’ support of MCAR over the years has been invaluable and we need that more now more than ever to support their endeavors to protect, rescue, and care for abandoned and unwanted animals, place animals in loving homes, and assist economically needful owners to help them keep their beloved pets.
